Our Team
At Blue Line Interactive, our mission is to revolutionize law enforcement training through advanced simulation software. We aim to equip officers with enhanced decision-making skills and preparedness to face real-world challenges. Committed to safety, skill development, and community trust, we provide innovative and realistic training solutions that support officers and positively shape public perceptions of policing.
Our Team
Our team includes officers with a combined experience of over 10 years in military training and 25 years in law enforcement, many in supervisory roles. When we first discussed Blue Line Interactive, our goal was clear: “Train our officers to come home safely.”
Our development team brings over 20 years of software engineering expertise, with 15 years dedicated to the education sector. As educators themselves, they understand the importance of effective training and know how to create it.
We all have families and deeply appreciate the risks officers take every day when they put on their uniforms. Many of us have law enforcement backgrounds—either military or police—and some are still actively serving. That’s why at Blue Line Interactive, we’re committed to helping train your department so that our fellow brothers and sisters in uniform come home safely.
Our Story
Fourteen years ago, two nurses identified a critical gap in nursing education: the lack of a safe environment for students to practice their skills without risking patient safety. Teaming up with nursing schools and educational tech developers, they created the first virtual hospital—now implemented in over 3,000 nursing schools.
Inspired by this success, they asked, “What other profession involves life-and-death decisions, and how can we protect both the public and the trainee?” Recognizing that law enforcement officers face similar challenges, they developed a safe training space for police forces. Acknowledging their lack of direct experience in policing, they partnered with seasoned law enforcement agencies to ensure the training is effective and relevant.
